No one is perfect -- we are not claiming that we will never make mistakes or introduce defects during the development of your system.

What we are claiming is that we keep meticulous track of system quality through a suite of automated tests and defect management tracking systems, and that when we roll off of an engagement with your team, the defect log will be clean.

Any defects that arise within three (3) months of your go-live date will be addressed by our team within 24 hours of the defect being reported and we'll work expediently on fixing any defects, regardless of severity, for FREE!

Our Quality-Driven development process emphasizes that each component, no matter how critical to the system, is not officially recognized as an asset of the project until the component has a sufficient code coverage test suite and that suite runs clean each time.

Additionally, we use continuous integration tools like CruiseControl to stress test the reproducibility of our build process and testing by using a fully automated process which runs many times every day for your project.

Using this approach, it allows each developer on the project team to integrate changes daily in smaller increments, rather than all at once at the end of a project phase.
